- Lite Cool Whip
- Graham crackers
- Freeze the Cool Whip container.
- Break a graham cracker sheet in half.
- Place a spoonful of frozen Cool Whip on one half.
- Top with the other half of the cracker sheet.
For some fun variety, try strawberry Cool Whip or cinnamon sugar graham crackers.

I need to make one. I haven’t actually exercise in about a month but im still eating healthy. The reason why is because im trying to get caught up with school , im home school . my last week is next week and on the 30th all the work has to be turn in. so it hammer time. I probably have to go to summer school because i think i didn’t pass the eoc. but I know by next summer i will be at my goal
@2 weeks agoMy process still isn’t complete but I wanted to do my first before and after. This has been a totally healthy transformation. Eating several times a day, (low carb and high protein) and doing bootcamp style work outs.
My concern the whole time was that nothing was going to change. That my body would stay the same. But I’ve gone from a size 10 to a 6. And a size 30 in jeans to a 26. And I still weigh the same!! Down with the scale, I say! Who needs it?
My biggest advice is to talk to a trainer or nutritionist. Food is really the biggest battle and a meal plan would be your best investment.
Always remember, no one said it would be easy but we did say it would be worth it.
